SOP For Ordering Your Consignment
Organica Global Brands is a registered wholesaler of pharmaceuticals, nutreceuticals and cosmeceuticals. Retailers, resellers and distributed are welcome to place their orders of Covicare products.
To place your order, please note and follow the purchase regulations and procedures below.
Basic Requirements (Lesotho Companies)
All buyers must provide the following information:
- Certified ID documents of Directors/owners
- Full company documents (Regionally accepted Company registration, Valid Traders Licence, Valid VAT certificate
- Proof of Domocilium
Basic Requirements (International)
All buyers must provide the following information:
- Certified ID documents of Directors/owners
- Full company documents (Regionally accepted Company registration, Valid Traders Licence, Valid VAT certificate
- Proof of Domocilium
- Proof of relevant Import Export Code
The above listed documents are to be sent to accounts@organicaglobal.co.ls and info@organicaglobal.co.ls for pre-approval. Once approved you will receive written confirmation and will be eligible to place your order.
PLACING AN ORDER
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 24 UNITS PER PRODUCT
PAYMENT TERMS: FIRST ORDER WILL BE GIVEN ON CONSIGNMENT, ALL SUBSEQUENT ORDERS REQUIRE 50% ON ORDER, 50% ON COLLECTION/DELIVERY
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME: ORDERS ARE READY 4 WEEKS FROM PLACING ORDER.
COLLECTION/DELIVERY: ALL LOCAL ORDERS ARE TO BE COLLECTED FROM ORGANICA HEADQUARTERS. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL HAVE CASE BY CASE ARRANGEMENTS OF COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
