Office Administrator/Receptionist
A receptionist is usually the first person a client meets when they enter our offices, so it is important for the candidate to make, and leave, the right first impression. Clients are put at ease when they are greeted by office staff who are courteous, professional and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Key Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A Mosotho citizen with a COSC/Matric qualification
A National Diploma/Degree in Office Administration or relevant qualification and/or experience
At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
A valid Code B driver’s license
Be fully English and Sesotho literate (read, write and speak)
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Well organized and admin orientated
Professional presentation and neat image
A welcoming & clear, professional voice and manner of speech
Able to work under pressure while remaining calm
The following tasks and responsibilities will need to be performed efficiently by the successful candidate:
- Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a calm, friendly welcoming tone with each & every call
- Organization of frontline desk and reception area
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Administration and management of incoming & outgoing mail
- Courier arrangements local and international
- Any ad hoc tasks as instructed and required by the manager
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person & via phone/email
- Filing of company documents.
- Data capturing
- Making copies
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications around meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
- Process and organize document filing for operations relevant to the company
- Make travel booking arrangements for management and staff as per on a need basis
- Good organization and multitasking ability

Sales Executive
The candidate for this position will have to excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By. using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. We are looking for an experienced sales executive in the pharmaceutical sector that develops and retains relationships with natural ease. The person should be highly motivated with a focus on delivery and reward against financial targets. The position will suit an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team player who is commercially minded and driven.
Key Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Develop new strategies to engage the market
- Sales forecast and analysis
- Analysis of sales matrix to determine whether current sales are effective
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
- Develop industry and sector proposals that speak to a client’s needs and objectives
- Identify growth opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that lead to an increase in the company’s portfolio size
- Manage referral sources to maintain high performance targets
- Proactively seek new business opportunities by means of networking and referrals
- Develop and nurture client relationships to deliver growth
- Develop new business referral sources and clients by cold calling and other suggested tactics within the market
- Utilize your strong and active lead referral network to enable rapid growth in the company’s portfolio
- Work on your own initiative to identify and pursue new target markets
- Represent us at trade shows, industry functions and relevant corporate events new client recruitment and credit usage optimisation
- Manage each new client originated as part of the company’s portfolio
- Working knowledge of CRM software used to collect and retrieve details of customers and products
- Ability to conduct market research
- In depth knowledge of products the company’s produces
- Good knowledge of the following tools CRM, Sage and Pastel Accounting
- Training of sales representatives
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 10 years’ experience in the commercial finance market
A valid Code B driver’s license
• Demonstrates past success in growing B2B books
• Demonstrates past success in maximizing credit limit usage • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Very strong work ethic
• Able to analyze and present financial information
• Is fluent in English and Sesotho (Spoken and written)

Graphic Designer
We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be designing a wide variety of elements across digital and traditional media. We are looking for a self-starter capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail.
Key Requirements, Knowledge, skills and Abilities
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
3 year’s experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
A valid Code B driver’s license
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design.
